Can I eat pizza in keto? I sure can! Today I wanted to share with you a very quick and easy way to make a low carb keto friendly pizza at home. You only need a few things so let’s get started!

Things that you’ll need: Low Carb pita, Marinara sauce, Cheese & Pepperoni.
There are a few ways to make a Keto-Friendly pizza but I’ve found this is the easiest one.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Pick a Low Carb Pita Bread. These are two of my favorites: Joseph’s Flax Oat Bran Whole Wheat Pita Bread & L’oven Fresh Whole Wheat Flax & Oat Bran Pita Bread. They are both 7 net carbs and basically taste the same.
- Pick a marinara sauce of your preference. Ideally a low carb sauce but hey’ we are in a pandemic so use what you have at home. Add 1 or 2 tablespoons of the sauce and spread it in the low carb pita.
- Add cheese, I’m using triple cheddar cheese. Also, add your favorite toppings. I like pepperoni because is high in fat, I usually add avocado but to be honest, I forgot to take them out of the fridge!
- Put it in the oven for 5 minutes and after that, you’ll have a super delicious low carb pizza.
