I saw this recipe here and caught my attention because I already had most of the ingredients. I decided to make it but I modify a few things and made my own version.

These are better than regular cookies not only because they are sugar-free and low carb but because they are soft and taste delicious. I don’t want to make this post super long so let’s jump right into the recipe!

Almond Flour, Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips, Swerve, Unsalted Butter, Vanilla Extract & Baking Powder.

You can always change the recipe and make it your own. Example: If you have almond extract and not vanilla use the one you have.Keto chocolate chip cookie

Process:

  1. Preheat the oven in 350. Melt the butter and put it in a little bowl.
  2. Take two mixing bowls. In one place the almond flour, salt and baking powder. In the other bowl mix the butter, swerve, vanilla extract and egg.
  3. Add the almond flour, salt and baking powder in the other bowl and mix until everything is combined.
  4. Add the chocolate chips; mix them with the dough. With your hands make 12 small balls and place them in a non-stick baking tray. Bake them for 10 minutes.
  5. Let them cool and serve.

I think these are the perfect snack for those days when you want to eat something sweet but still want to follow the keto lifestyle. Btw these are very easy/fast to make which is a win-win. Let me know in the comments if you make them at home.
