I saw this recipe here and caught my attention because I already had most of the ingredients. I decided to make it but I modify a few things and made my own version.
These are better than regular cookies not only because they are sugar-free and low carb but because they are soft and taste delicious. I don’t want to make this post super long so let’s jump right into the recipe!
Almond Flour, Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips, Swerve, Unsalted Butter, Vanilla Extract & Baking Powder.
You can always change the recipe and make it your own. Example: If you have almond extract and not vanilla use the one you have.
- Preheat the oven in 350. Melt the butter and put it in a little bowl.
- Take two mixing bowls. In one place the almond flour, salt and baking powder. In the other bowl mix the butter, swerve, vanilla extract and egg.
- Add the almond flour, salt and baking powder in the other bowl and mix until everything is combined.
- Add the chocolate chips; mix them with the dough. With your hands make 12 small balls and place them in a non-stick baking tray. Bake them for 10 minutes.
- Let them cool and serve.
I think these are the perfect snack for those days when you want to eat something sweet but still want to follow the keto lifestyle. Btw these are very easy/fast to make which is a win-win. Let me know in the comments if you make them at home.
