Happy Monday Dolls! In my weekly to-do list I always write “relax+me time”. This means that at some point during the week I’ll take time to disconnect from my phone/computer and will take a special time for myself. That’s why today I wanted to share with you 7 Ways to Feel Confident Every Day. These simple effective practices have helped me feel positive and more confident on those days where I need a little “help” aka. motivation. So, Let the list begin!
#1 Clothing + Affirmations
I love wearing t-shirts that have affirmations. These are an easy and positive way to lift our spirit. I wear them all the time!

Every day we have a chance to grow and be more confident. How can we do it? Exposing ourselves to situations that are not in our comfort zone. I use to do this all the time when I was in college to be more comfortable in front of cameras and yes, it works. That’s why when someone asks me how I found the confidence to do something I tell them that is all in exposing yourself and leaving behind your comfort zone.

Okay, this may sound weird but every time I wake up and follow my routine, I feel amazing. The day I don’t follow my routine I feel disorganized and my confidence level goes down. Does this happen to you? Having a routine makes me feel confident because I’m organized and that’s why I recommend it.
